When I press the "join game" button on multiplayer menu, i get the iw3mp.exe error. Any ideas?

I fixed the other error. This error is iw3mp.exe has stopped working.

yes that would work but it wont let me see the servers list because when i click join game on the menu it gives me iw3mp.exe error.
