iw3mp.exe error

When I press the "join game" button on multiplayer menu, i get the iw3mp.exe error. Any ideas?

I have heard that plugging in a mic will fix this but I dont have one. My dog chewed the cords :/

Isn't this the same error as in your other topic?

What if you use console to connect to CJ server 1. Would that work ?

I fixed the other error. This error is iw3mp.exe has stopped working.

yes that would work but it wont let me see the servers list because when i click join game on the menu it gives me iw3mp.exe error.
