Snipers of equal skill in CoD1 are much better than those in CoD4, because there's a sway that you can't controll, in CoD4 it's just a steady scope. That's why I'm hardly ever impressed when I see sniping in CoD4 videos, because it's pretty easy.

Cod 1 sniping took skill... Firsly you rarely will kill in your first shot, secondly theres gonna be counter snipers sniping you, and the cover you have is limited. Thirdly theres gonna be these people running around with a bren or bar who think they can kill all. Lastly in cod4 you can get 2 claymores. In 1 mod for cod 1 you can make a trip wire (that is easy to jump over) by sacrificing your two nades. Also pistols were shit.
