I've had a tomahawk nearly exactly the same as that first one, across map bounced off 2 roofs and fell on somebody just like that. I don't find them good or anything though, just complete luck.

It's true.

Promod has scopes which have no sway (Because they're buggy as hell in normal CoD4). Sniping is piss easy in promod.
