CoD Servers

Hello,
I have a CoD1 server and a CoD4 server which i would like to make jump servers.
I have purchased these servers from a provider
CoD1 IP - 69.65.60.202:28960
CoD2 IP - 69.65.62.199:28960

How do i go about adding the mods to these servers?
Sorry if this has been asked before (I have searched but couldnt find anything) Only how to add mods to a home server.

Please read the following webpage and decide whether or not you would like to 'donate' any of your servers:

For CoD1 I believe you simply need to place the .pk3 file in the server main directory, make sure the DM gametype is loaded, and the mod should run perfectly fine.

As for CoD4, it's more complicated and requires editing the command line of your server. Who are your servers hosted by? I know how to do it for lowpings.net, gameservers.com and g-portal.de, but any others I would have to look at (alternatively you may need to contact your provider to ask them to edit the command line).

The thing is we will only have these servers for about a month (I believe) as they were given to us in error... its a long story but they were supposed to be hosted in australia but their austalian server had some problems running it (they are getting another one within the month im told) and i have been credited for the error as well as gaining 2 64slot servers for nothing (Only prob is that they are on the wrong continant )

So i wouldnt want to put you to all that bother for a month lol

I tried putting the .pk3 file into /main on the server (and i restarted too) and the save part worked well but i could still shoot other people :S any idea on how i go about fixing that?

Did you make sure you loaded the map/s in the deathmatch gametype?

yes, i wasn't sure if it was supposed to be tdm or dm. so i tried both
