CoD 2 Error Patch 1.3!!!

I installed a patch 1.3 for CoD 2 when I include game and come on the server at me it is shown a mistake that this CD - KEY already is used! BUT when I play on the version of game 1.0 at me there are no problems with a key he always works! Tell me where to download the license version of a patch 1.3?

Did you buy your game legitimately?

Try again, if it still is giving errors restart your router.
