another blocker + votekicker

I wish i had started to record earlier, but oh well. Well, I'm fed up of this shit whenever i go on a CJ server, so i'm just going to post demos of the people who do it on the forums and have you guys make the right decision.

THE STORY: I went on CJ1 like i normally do, and started to jump. While doing the first bounce in crash (the heli bounce to to roof) This guy jumped in front of me (*ETA*QuRe!!) and began to do the heli bounce, and he wouldn't even let me try. At this point, i felt how i always do in this situation (in other words, I felt like punching this guy in the face). but i did what i normally did, i let it slide. He did the bounce, then i did it. And all was ok for 10 seconds. I went to do the next heli bounce to the high pole from the roof, and then QuRe decides to come and do the same, not only that, but he also saves RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. So, now i'm getting very agitated and decided that if he wanted to be a prick, i might as well do the same to him and see how he feels. So, i saved infront of him and he decides to votekick me for "blocking" (gotta love the irony). It didn't pass, so i vote kicked him back and that didn't pass (this is where the demo starts). Then he voted me again and Matty joins to this and says "lol?". At this point i start to type and throw insults at QuRe and then Matty called a votekick to kick him and it passed, and everything would've been right in the universe if he hadn't avoided it and left the game right before he was kicked. You can see the rest of what happened in the demo, but that's the basics as to what happened, and whether you guys decide to ban this guy or not, idc. I'm just tired of this BS and am going to be probably posting demos of people who are doing this. I do admit to acting like a dick at some points, but i don't regret it. Matty began to act a bit arrogant and I reacted back.

P.S. this was CoD4, on the server CJ#1 (just clarifying)

I'm going to ban Qure next time I see him on the server. I have warned/kicked/tempbanned him several times in the past.
