Having trouble getting server running codjumper mod

I am able to run a Cod4 server off my own machine and do this because I get very low ping compared to the UK and US servers. I am wanting to run the CodJumper mod on my server but I am having a lot of trouble. I tryed ' +set fs_game mod mods/codjumper' but got this error 'Error during initialization: ERROR: Invalid server value 'mod/codjumper' for fs_game'.
Im not sure how to get this running.

Any ideas are appreciated.

You running it in FFA/DM ? That's the basic issue.
