I was actually going to make a post about this game yesterday.
Seems interesting, it has the same artistic design and feel as Bioshock but with a more advanced RPG style of gameplay.
This game is on my "might buy" list.

Err, it is the same gfx as Oblivion. Look at the way during conversations it zooms into the players face, just like in oblivion.

Must be the system in use. Oblivion had amazing graphics, it is unlikely they will get worse since then.
