another thing is that you can get on the yellow ladders easier than in viewtopic.php?f=25&t=7543... just go in front of it (the side with the 2 stairs) and jump ^^

in the room with the jump of pwnzor in it you can get on the blue wall, jump on the table (i think 250 fps) and then duckjump on the wall.
