Crate in Crash? And Pipeline gas station??

I know theres a post about the crash crate jump..I cant seem to get it. Any tips?
Also the jump from gas station roof in pipeline to the other side roof. Whats the fps standard? I cant seem to get that either.

As for the pipeline jump. You can do it with any fps, the trick is to strafejump it. 125 fps will help you though.
