COD4 Codjumper Mod. No RPG?

This Problem Has Just Occurred on the codjumper mod for cod4.
I Start Up The codjumper mod
I start a server(Just To Try To Find Jumps by myself)
I go to Start Server
Press Pick Game Mode (Team Deathmatch)
Press Game settings
Make Time Unlimited
Now i go to the main menu,
Open Console and type in /devmap mp_citystreets
It takes to district.

The Problem is That I Have No RPG.
The Mod Doesn't show "Damage Taken:xxx"
I Cant save or load position.
I Don't have infinite grenades.
I Still can't die either which is the good thing.

I Downloaded the mod from the main homepage and downloaded from the mods section.
I Go to My COD4 Install directory and go to the mods folder.
I make a new folder and call it codjumper
I place the 2 mod files in the folder.
Thats What I Do. I've "re-installed" it quite a few times but it still doesn't work

I think your problem lies with devmapping it although I might be wrong. devmapping it doesn't start up the CJ mod.

Just wait for someone who can clarify that, I'm not very good at this kind of stuff.
