I'll presume you were rofling at the fact that you'd seen it before, not the actual video

'Seen it' says that you've seen it before and found it funny. If I've already seen a video and found it funny, I won't really find it funny on later occasions, so saying it's funny (for me) would be a lie. If I thought it was bad originally then I would have put 'Seen it but never really found it funny' or something along those lines.
