Playing new demos/maps. [SOLVED]

Ok I downloaded a map and a demo from your website. Whenever I try to play the demo I enter /demo _____ and it says "Couldn't load map/mp/___.bsp. " The demo won't work and the map won't work either. I download them in DM2 form. I also place them in my demos folder. I reinstalled it last night so there's nothing there and it's patched to 1.5. Let me know if you need more info..Thanks!

How exactly do you install the map?

P.S. Yeah the demos for the stock maps of CoD work just not the maps I don't have.

if its CoD4, place the map contents (.ff in a folder with .iwd most likely) in the usermaps folder of your CoD4 directory.

Otherwise place the .iwd in main (CoD2)
If its CoD1 / UO - place the .pk3 in main.

It's for CoD1 sorry for not making that clear =/. Sorry, I was doing this whole thing wrong clicking the walkthrough haha. Wow. Thanks you can close this if you want.
