Cod4 jump servers- why unranked?

I was wondering, why are the cod4 jump servers unranked? I kinda don't like this because i want to try and practice my rpg-boost jumps, but i haven't unlocked it yet because i'm rank 1.

The new CoDJumper mod has that all sorted. It has unlimited RPGs.

ALL Modded servers are unranked, it is the way the game is made, nothing to do with the server
