CoD2 jumps, highly unlikely, unless it's a tiny jump.

Ordered new MotherBoard and Processor today (Both the same as i had in my system ordered the processor to be on the safe side..

Should have them here within 2-3 days, and back to a hopefully working PC, so if im back up and running i can get to check out Atze new Demos and Jumps.. :)

And i spoke to my kids and they said to me to get my PC fixed as my kids are understanding, and knows they alway get stuff brought for them when they want it, so i have kids that understand, but can also be a darn pain in the ass.lol

MotherBoard & Processor only cost me £55 inc P+P 8) will buy better upgrades next year..

Got new MotherBoard & Processor today, guess fuxking what, Wrong Processor type, and Airs.com had no processors in stock i would of used the old one but that has blown to by looks of things one of the pins broke off as i took it out.

I found Ebuyer with the right processor, so ive ordered one of them for tomorrow delivery. £28:99 inc P+P
Not sure if to return the wrong processor now or keep it and get another motherboard forthis processor later... got 48 hours to think it over, is £18:95 worth tha hassel in returning it.??? what ya think..???

Hopefully if right processor arrives tomorrow i might have a working PC again to play COD4, BF2, AirBorn games again..

One of the pins broke off when you took it out?

Are you sure you are just mistaking the "broken pin" for the corner section which is supposed to be missing a pin?
Breaking a process pin is extremely hard to do by taking out the processor, unless you stuck your processor down with super glue!

If you have a brown mark on your processor, it usually implies that it is fried. Smell it, does it smell burned?

Nope, and like it was a few days now since the PC blow, lol, so all smells would of gone, but i can only think if the motherboard didnt fry it ,then it might of got broken when taking it out, as it was kinda stiff getting it out, but hay i got a new one on the way now, only cost £28 inc P+P

Got new Processor today the right one this time, installed processor to motherboard. Put in ram, Graphics card, the whole shit of stuff, Left out TV card this time, as i might buy a usb one next year..
Put all cables on,fired up PC works, well nearly had no sound, found out i wired up a cable wrong the usb/ Card Reader was over heating it has card slots and Mic/sound ect all built in, pulled out some oth tme cables, fied up PC again SOund started to work, usb card reader stopped overheating, card reader works but fron sound/mic wont work unless i find the write setting on motherboard, but hink imay just miss that out for no i have onboard mic and sound that'll do..

So im not back to COD4 tonite to see my CODER 4er buddies i hope. and to test out the new MOD..

Hopefully PC will be ok now..

I HOPE

Steve..
