COD4 How to Remove Effects (dust-fire-smokes-flies)

Greetings to all !
I would like your help about how to remove these effects (dust-fire-smokes-flies) to gain more FPS in a COD4 server. A friend ask for this, he has setup a cod4 server and wishes to add a mod (.iwd) that only removes those effects.

Most files are held inside the new "ff" filetypes, which atm cannot be decompiled. So, for the moment, there is no way.

Well, i hope when it will be able...a post here will be made, as many admins want these features to be cutted off
