need help with server downloads

HI there. I am new here. I am a fan of cod2 and when i found about more for strafejumping i liked it more than before

heres the problem : when i connect to this server 89.145.98.100:29260 and try to DL files it gives me an error and says " couldnt dowload http://................ etc.

So my friend had the same problem . Any ideas on how to solve this?
