No Hurt MOD

I have do this mod on user server and it's doesen't work. Is this mod for 1.0 or 1.3 patch?
We have the 1.3 patch on the server.

The mod removes all the death triggers added in the 1.3 patch, so for versions before 1.3 it's not required.

The death triggers were the triggers added in certain areas of stock maps to stop you getting on to roofs and/or out of the map (for example the out of map and church roof jumps in Dawnville. It's not a mod which stops you getting hurt full stop!
