Problem with map rotation

Hello i am the owner of Codjumper server #4 24.160.162.244:28960 and i was wondering...why will my server run only the first four maps in the rotation then after that go back to the second map in rotation...i even try to manually start them /rcon map nm_teleport it its says they can be found even though i put it in the server folder...heres my config

DM doesn't need the gametype dm thing, just do map mp_carentan map mp_pavlov
