No dust mod

I have a problem which isn't realy jump based, but instead only cod 2. I'm trying to use no dust mod (http://callofduty.filefront.com/file/No_Dust_Mod;60698), but it just dosnt work. Dont realy know what im doeing wrong. I place it in main folder where i have a game, then i restart the server and nothing happends. It even doesn't download the mod from the server to my home pc.
If enyone knows where my mistake is i would me more than glad if you would help me xd

Are you trying to use it for playing a map on your PC, or your own dedicated server, or a public server? To stop people from using it to 'cheat', it has to be in the server main directory as well (i.e. the server owner has to have added it for people to be able to use it, otherwise it won't work even if you have it).

i know that, and it is on the server in its main folder, but yust doesn't work. It even doesn't download in when i connect to that server. I think that not doenloading it is the main problem

What about if you have it in your main and the server's main (and therefore don't need to download it)?

The No FX mod has the same effect, try that instead.

I have no dust on the server and on my computor but for some reason doesnt work, will tra the fx mode.

No problem. Perhaps try reading the readme to see if there's something I missed / forgot. Also make sure you don't have too many mods in your main folder in case they're interfering (probably not, but it's worth a shot). Other than that I can't think of anything else.

The only mode is FX now....and... IT WORKS about bloody time it does. Thanks for helping me out peds!
