Commands to better your perforamance and game play?

Can someone post a list? I recently reinstalled and my config is default ;(

It's all really in the options menu... there are a few console commands but I don't know them.

/rate 25000
/pb_sleep 500
/com_hunkmegs HALF OF RAM SIZE

better shot registry, ping better, smoother gameplay.

For fps its about textures and shit=p
