Thats right, with much help thanks to Luke, Soviet_Stronghold is finally being released. I have sent it to codfiles.com, but until it is uploaded here is the link from yousendit.com

Wow. Impressive...

comments...

Long map, very long map, I would imagine MINIMUM time would be about 30 minutes, it took me 50 (haven't jumped for a while :P)
There are a few bugs, but due to the size of the map, the bugs are gonna be there.
The lazer room was great fun, and the route throughout the map was imaginative.

Some points throughout I got lost but not long to find my way out. The "ramp style" jumps pissed me off :P (the ones where the platforms are broken and the jump end is ramped upwards) and also the "cylinder" jumps (anything cylinder is a pain to jump from). the map difficulty was a little inconsistent but apart from those small bugs, a great map....

Forgot to add, a few missing textures, i.e a sign on the entrance and the crates in a certain area.

It takes longer than most maps to complete, so it made me think about the time limits on the servers atm...this is an issue i've noticed for awhile on the cod 2 servers. But if we could set the time limit per map that would be great, and also to be able to vote for extra time would be awesome :D

yea, internet finally got good enough for me to upload.

The textures are there for me, so oops, i might release a fixed version of the map, but itll be hard since you have the latest version of the map luke

nice map. took me about 45 min to complete, finaly a map with something new like the laser - very original :d

great map m8 :wink:

there a few bugs (you can get out of the map, and just rush to the end, some bad textures...)
laser room is very coool and i like the pole jumps :wink:

Where did that red(laser) texture come from? everyone seems to have it, but it's not with this iwd...
