Boost Jump on carentan

there is a demo that i watched where the guy slow goes out the window and gets on a little ledge...he then looks down at the ground and shoots a rocket launcher...the rocket launcher boosts him up to the window ledge above.. he then can jump to a roof... if any of you can give me tips on how to get this jump done, i will appreciate it.
i have tried 100's of times and can never get it

its mainly about jumping at the right time

i fire the faust say "peanut" and then jump

oh aiming at an angle helps if your close to the ground :p i.e. try fousting pedspuzzles THE END room
