Startin your own server with save mod

Hello! I've had a browse of the forums and its been kind of mentioned but i dont acutally know how to start my own server on multiplayer mode with the save mod? I've got the save mod in my main directory but it doesnt seem to work, I only ask because it will let me praccy starfe jumping when im not online, I could do it on cod1 but I dont know how to do it on cod2 so any help greatly appreciated! :)
