how much Fps should i have for Sprintjumping and nadejumping ?

Strafe jumping is best done with 125fps :)

okay :D .. but can i Strafejump with 20-50 Fps ?

U can, but it is far less effective.
Most ppl cant reach 125 fps in CoD2 though, so youll have to use lower fps.

is 125 fps better for jumping than more fps or? i got/com_maxfps 999 my fps is between 130 and 500 :)

You get a little more height when youre at exactly 125 fps. Its something to do with the quake engine... You can also get even better height with 333 fps but you would need a top machine to have that on CoD2. Anyways, above something like 67 fps you cant see a difference so theres not really much point to set it above that except for using the 125 (or 333) to get extra height.
