Friend Needs Help

yes, oh wow, a serious topic by soviet. Ok, im going to try and make this as short as possible so more people will read it.

My friend was goin out with a girl for about two and half months. then they broke up (she dumped him) by saying she thought the relationship was going nowhere. My friend says he was just savoring every moment together or some crap like that (they werent talking to each other much when they were together). Anyway, my friend hasn't been the same since then, he acts pretty normal at school, but talks to me on AIM a lot and is still absolutely depressed. Now onto where i ask for opinions here. Its pretty safe to say this guy absolutely loves her, and wants to get her back under any circumstances. Currently hes tryin to change his personality to more of what he believes she wants. They were friends before they went out, so they still see each other quite a bit but don't talk a whole hell of a lot. As he puts it, its pretty awkward when they're around each other. Sorry to put this upon you guys but it is really starting to annoy me and he asked me what to do.

So, what do you think he should do about this (and don't say forget about her and move on, i've told him that many times and he won't listen)

Talk to the girl yourself and excplain the situation soviet. She'll porbably understand and they will work it out together.

If she doesn't like him for who he is at the moment then she's probably not the right person for him - why should he be someone he isn't?

on a more serious note, you could talk to her yourself more about why she broke up with him, or if you're daring, you could have your friend talk to her himself.

as i said, not willing to get over it, doubt they have the courage to talk to her about it, and she pretty much hates me so i would only hurt any hope left. I figured there wouldn't be any better ideas though.

And no hambones...i don't think raping is the answer

Anyway....Your friend needs to ask her what she wants out of the relationship....only then will he know what (if anything) he can do to save the relationship. If he can accomodate her (and is willing to do so) then and only then will he have the slightest chance of getting her back. If he feels her demands are more than he can (or is willing to) accomodate, well then he needs to move on.

But....if she has her eye on someone else, all his hopes for getting her back are useless. So best for him to find out whats going on...maybe you could help him by doing some investigating.

well my advise, no bitch is worth changing yourself, feeling bad or getting depressed over,

start making money, lots of money then you can get any bitch you want

my friend dumped this chick and she calls here every 20minutes, all day for like 2 weeks, whenever me and my other roomate answer the phone, she hangs up, so now we don't answer the phone anymore and we unplug the phone pretty much all day...
she finally realize how crazy she is cause we got a nickname put on her and the cops phoning her telling her to fuck off and stuff, my friend had to phone the cops, she shows up at our house when she's not even spose to be coming near here ... this shows you how fucked up people get and if people get fucked up like, they're probably gonna drag you down with them ..

so if he starts doing weird shit like that, i'd stop hanging around him until he realises how much of a knob he's being and the only thing to do is forget about her

and wtf anyway, isn't dude like 15-19 or something, 1 bitch isn't the world, he's a sucker for getting attached
and if i were YOU, i wouldn't even get into their business, she got rid of him, that's what she wants, let it be

anyway, my 2 cents
