CoD2:Railyard Out of Map without nade!!

Post by Bi]v[bO » March 22nd, 2006, 4:05 am

Hi mates

This demo shows the correct way to go Out of Map without nade. You need high Fps!

http://www.filelodge.com/files/room15/3 ... rd_10.dm_1

Then I continued with a nade in the higher roof to go till a new nice position 8)

For -Mag-DooM:
I think it'll be very useful in order to use your Spawn Glitch!

Does 250fps make you jump higher? I thought it was just 125 or 333 :s

Yep it definately does work in cod 2, i couldnt get 333 in that spot, but i still made it, so then i capped it to 250 and still made it easily :)

I can get 250fps just about but my fps are flying up and down periodically, about every second. any idea why this is? because of my dual core processor maybe?

It raises and lowers depending on what is happening.

If someone shoots a gun, the effect file must be drawn therefore your fps will drop a little. even the slightest mouse movements can cause fps drops (or rises) as different amounts of polys are being drawn. That is why looking at the sky gives you most fps.

Yep, it could be anything. Its just the game redrawing the screen.

The reason you fps is fine at 125 is because it never drops below it. If it cannot go above 125 and never falls below, it doesnt move, whereas 250, your fps can drop below and your fps is not at a constant 250.

Its hard to explain, so tbh just accept it :P

in due course ;)

Most people prefer to have demos sent to them before they upload, as downloading and watching costantly becomes very tedius. I'm not 100% sure whos accepting demos but I think Grom is active (and Luke?)

i'm active, but i won't upload a demo if i see its been sent to several members at once, and as long as its not too lame, or contains spam or lots of shooting i'll upload it :P
