Map walkthroughs needed!

Could someone who is good at jumping please do walkthroughs for the following maps:

wacked
jm_pillZ
Krime_Pyramid

I would like it to be someone who is good at jumping so that as little noclip is used as possible, and so that it will be quicker (therefore keeping filesize to a minimum).
