thts pretty decent, the "background" looks very gd...though could use colour ;/

were the quotes said by any in particular?

Pretty cool.

As for the colour, its pretty good B&W but a suggestion is maybe put a hint of red for the flag, draw the eye a bit :)

yeah, the quotes were said by Bertrand Russell, all of them. Good idea with coloring the flag drofder
