If i have to brushes how to i weld them together so they will be one.
i tried using the weld tool but that dosnt seem to work. Any one know how to do it?

I don't think it's possible to merge brushes into one. And the thing I am 200% sure of, you can't have non-convex brushes (on your image, if you even magically manage to merge those two brushes into one, it will become non-convex, which the game can't work with).

You can group brushes together by right clicking on the 2d window->func->group. Alt+Shift+left click selects the entire group. The same keyboard shortcut is used for brushmodels.

The above two comments are correct, the only final thing I would add is that you can "weld" them together. Or correctly put, merge them. Selection -> CSG ->Merge (Ctrl+U)
However, as mentioned above, the two brushes must form a convex shape.
