tbh, I dont like it... :(

-too big
-border does not fit with actual sig

if it were smaller, and with a unique border (not the same old border at least)
Also, not sure on the part where you name is, it seems to float in the middle of nowhere :?

I thought you were taking the piss..
you made it bigger, made the border colourful and removed the "floating" text.

And tbh, the border shape-wise is better, the colour is just crazy. And yet I still do not like it.
The reason I dont like it is becuase everyone uses the "interface" design borders and also it does not suit the russian themed background.

Try creating your own border using the pencil tool.

im not good at free hand stuff, im trying to get better, as i said, this is the first time ive ever tried to make a border. Ill try to follow what you say, because i agree, those types of borders are very overused. Thats why i never took the time to learn brushing. If you could give me any tips on how to make a good freehand border it would helpful, because i dont really know how. And on the second one, i was only talking about the background, i just had to put something in the middle to make it a complete image.
