Cant see why it shouldnt work. I personally would add more RAM but that can be increased later.
As the 670 is a huge! battleship I recommend a larger tower to get a better airflow. Also think about that cooling is very important these days. Better too much than too little. Buy more cooler

Not sure if its true..but its known that an nvidia fits better to an Intel CPU :S
