playing deom's how and where to jump in different maps

hi!
Just a question from the netherlands.
I wanted to play some demo's from the maps that are vissible on the left site on your site.
But when i downloaded them and want to play them it dont work. Can you tell me witch program i must have to play the demos and where to get it??
