Maybe change the first 2 CoD4 pics to something more interesting. Lack of sight, not much to see.

1. If you are gonna use minimalist style desktops you should be using a minimalist folder / RocketDock / Launchy
2. Remove your recycle bin from the desktop - the bin is a moronic idea, you either want the file or you don't. There is no inbetween
3. Make the white sections of the filme reel transparent and add a some very faint design to the background (low opacity diagonal lines for example)
4. If you insist on using folder, use some capital letters and make it look neat. (Is it just me who finds this sorta thing annoying).
