singleplayer problem

On the mission safehouse, at the end of the mission where Captain Price blows the door down and beats up Al asad, The door is already open to the barn where Al asad is supossed to be and my men just stand there and i cant complete the mission. I tried just starting a new game but it didn't work.

Should specify what game it is, pretty sure it's CoD4 though. Have you tried completely restarting the singleplayer, not just the mission?

I did i clicked "new game" and it gave the are you sure message, then i got to the mission again and the door was still open. And yes, I am talking about CoD4

Pretty sure it doesn't matter, but did you patch to v1.7 yet?

Did some research for you, and the most common is that you didn't complete all the objectives.
Are you sure you searched EVERY house? Because you have to do this in order to get the cutscene at the barn.

Also check if anyone of your squad is left behind or stuck behind somthing or whatever.

If this won't fix it, then I'm afraid something went wrong when you installed the game, or did it work before?
