Re: COD4 Custom Character Modeling Tutorial (Complete)
Comments and suggestions:
1. Get someone to proof-read text you place on the video. Bad grammar and spelling can ruin tutorials.
2. Avoid going off track with talk about "bashing the video" etc, it is something that is common sense (although not common practice). If you hint about the idea of 'bashing the video' you will simply give people the idea to do so.
Other than that, I would also second Peds' request to mirror the series on CJ Channel and a stickied topic within the modding forums.

Re: COD4 Custom Character Modeling Tutorial (Complete)
Feedback:
1. CoDJumper desktop background (:P), failing that, plain flat colour
2. Clean up desktop, remove everything but the required files (same goes for relevant directories)
3. You click too quickly. For example, when you say to select ".3ds", you give no time to see what you have said to do. [Try to say before you do, not the same time]
4. Again, get it proof read. 5 minutes of extra work can remove some small grammar and spelling errors (may be petty to some people, but not to me ]

Here is part 2.
Direct download link:

I hope everyone appreciates the short and easy to follow steps to this tutorial.
This forum thread is the only place you can view the video before it is set to public on my youtube channel, please feel free to post your corrections to any of the text, grammar, and punctuation seen on my videos and I will correct and reupload the video before I set to public.
I appreciate all the comments and suggestions posted here, I have already begun to impliment them into my videos. Keep them coming.
I kindof like the retroxp look and might stick with it thru the rest of the videos. To compromise I plan on making some review and troubleshooting videos to go with the tutorial with the desktop background linked here in this thread.

Re: COD4 Custom Character Modeling Tutorial (Complete)
My only question, why don't you make it in a 16:9 format, would make it more easier for people to watch and follow your tutorials seeing as everyone uses 16:9 monitors these day. Other than that, good job
Re: COD4 Custom Character Modeling Tutorial (Complete)
Thanks for your reply and suggestion, do you know how to set that in camtasia?
I am a noob at camtasia, and what ever format it spits out I upload. I must be doing somthing right because i am able to go 720p HD when I watch on youtube.
I am working on uploading a few models you guys can use to follow along with my tutorial.

Keep the retro Windows look, it's sexy.
