Whats the code?? for costom mod

i know few ppl have it but i need to find out the code for soviet and vip into the mod so when my friend joins it automaticlly sets him to soviet and the server sight doesnt support b3 so plz help me I need to add guids to the server config so it reconises him as soviet but i dont know how helppp it is a costom mod
