distances for jumping?

can someone give me a list of the distances that platforms should be for a jump map using 125fps. it would really help

Depends how difficult you want it really.

Assuming you posted this in the correct forum (CoD, not CoD4), then the 125 FPS record on our site is 266 units, although anything from 240 upwards will be pretty tough (I haven't played CoD in a while, but my record at the time was 251 so I think that's a fair estimate).

Try making a load of jumps of varying length in a line, then jump them all and see which suits the difficulty you want your map, then go from there.
