Lego question

Post by <LT>YosemiteSam[NL] » June 19th, 2011, 8:22 pm

Guys, I'm looking for the lego sets ;

- 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer - UCS
- 10143 Death Star II
- 10179 Millennium Falcon - UCS

I've surched all over the place but could't find any of em for a reasonable price.
Does some of you know a place to buy these (new or second hand) ?
I'm not a cheapo but I find 800 euro too expensive for the 10179 set. :?

Pity you mean lego, overhere in Heerenveen we have a shop dedicated to those building kits and it had a Millenium Falcon. We don't have any big lego shops around sadly. Surely there must be something big dedicated to Lego in Amsterdam or something ?

Cheapest 10030 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... rid=229508

Cheapest 10143 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Star-Wars-Lego-Se ... 2a116c10bd
(Ending in 4 HOURS)

Cheapest 10179 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Lego-Star-Wars-10 ... 45fb5415e7

They are collector items now, you will not find these cheaper, unless you get lucky at a boot sale or similar.

Yep, I've seen those.
I'll check what the costs are when I order all parts from bricklink....maybe that's cheaper (a bit).
Ah well.....thx.

The only big legoshop (near the netherlands) is in Oberhausen (germany) but you can't buy these sets in stores anymore.

The set comes with the original box which is in good condition and the instruction manual. The instruction manual is huge (314 pages) and heavy and is complete but because it is too big and heavy page 9 has become loose so you need to be careful when you pick up the manual.
!!

What's the size of these things?

We maybe have 2 boxes (I thought yellow ones?) with it some where, but I am not sure. I will take a look.
