question about strafing/jumping

Hi here, I have a primary question about jumping/strafing.
It changes something if you hold the key "sprint" when you're in the air?
Because I can reach the balcon of strike (front of sniper house) 1/2 times...
And then, Is there anyone is a pro jumper from France? to get some help about jumping because I got some difficulties to reach some jumps.

No , sprinting in air won't help you jump further.

The mouse movement is just as important as the directional keys. It's all about the co-ordination of them.
