It's when someone with the so called CoDJumper mod for Xbox has it on his Jtag Xbox, then he can give/infect other people with it that aren't Jtagged so they can play with the same changes in their own game. It resets when you leave the game I think not sure though, in fact I don't have a Xbox so I'm not sure about any of it
