CoD4 Hotswappable?

Does anyone know if it is possible to Hotswap CoD4 to mod it? i know that WaW and GTA4 are possible to mod by hotswapping but these are the only games i know of. Hotswapping is only for xbox .

Well I have hotswapped CoD WaW and well it depends what the ISO contains,
I have checked the ISO before and could not find anything big because I didnt realy know how to mod then so...
But I know that you can mod the skins, although I have never tried it,
I have seen alot of xBox weapon skins online on CoD 4/WaW using ISO mods.

A Hotswap is for xBox only and what you do is burn a DVD +R DL Disk with the .ISO Mod and when that is done you take apart your xBox and start up the game you want to mod, while the game is loading you take out the spinning disk and replace it with the modded disk thus modding the game, this in my opinion is the hardest way to mod but there are alot of good mods.

thats how to perform the hotswap the other video is the result. techincally speaking hotswapping isnt only for xbox as it refers to removing or changing stuff from a machine whilst it is in use (not sure if i worded that correctly) but xbox is the only console you can use hotswap to mod.

I'm a member on nearly every modding site xD but just cant remember the passes lol, my old favourite was GameTUTS then it was TheTeozGuys [stealing TTG lol]

Just seems like a lot of hassle just to get a bunch of useless mods that you will most likely get bored with in like a week (probably less) + the whole voiding your warranty if you care about that. That's just my opinion though.
