Recording in CoD4

I have a fairly nice ace saved on my pc that I want to upload to youtube, don't know the best way though, I have windows 7 and windows vista (2 pc's) Very similar specs. Apparently there is some glitch on vista that allows for faster recording? :S Referred to as 1 fps glitch or something, im not sure. Also, I had a mate who was talking about dont record in full screen? I am trying to use avi_demo 200, but it takes like 2 hours to record a round, not exactly practical. Anyway, I appreciate the help in advance.

If you don't want to use avidemo then do the following :
1. Open up your movie.cfg, close CoD4 and then open your demo with cod4 player. (make sure its opened in the same profile as your cfg )
2. Put graphic on the highest possible
3. Open Fraps and then just record what you want with Fraps. Quality should be good
