Help a n00b with mapping?

Okay, I've got CoDRadiant, For CoD4.

Made a map, can run it on my pc, now I just want to know how to make it an ff file or whatever you need for other people
to run it, Basically I just want to transfer it from my pc to my brothers. I appreciate the help in advance.

Do steps 1-4 and at step 3 it will build the fast file (.ff). The .ff file should be located somewhere on your drive, depending on which OS you are running. Sorry, I can't remember where right now.
