RPG jumps lag like crazy

So like the title says, whenever i go for an RPG jump, or RPG strafe i start lagging like crazy. Anyone know what could cause this. BTW it never used to happen.

Have you tried disabling FX in graphical options first? that smoke can kick your ass, sometimes.

yea i have. I'm a semi-experienced jumper so i have all my graphics turned off and optimal settings for jumping.
By the way its an fps lag, not a ping lag. It also happens in regular games too when i go into scope and what not.

Hm..thats weird...try reinstall? Whats your average FPS? If its a FPS lag turn off your Antivirus, Browser, MSN, Gaypornvids

I assume stuff like this won't show up on demos ? It must show on xfire videos I reckon.

As I see it, it is related to the "aim down sight" feature. When doing this, the game applies a FX called "deapht of field" i think. It reminds of blur at the bottom of the screen. This have to be manually turned off, but you say you have done that. Double check it. It is under menu>graphics>deapht of field.
If that doesnt solve it, i dont know what it is. Latest graphics card drivers?

Anyway, did you change anything lately to your game as it didn't do it before.
