Need help have no uav

Hey

I didn't where to go but I know I'll get help here
Recently something happen to my config.
My uav doesn't show up when someone gets one.
I know its my config tried it with out profiles and the uav comes up fine I'm sick of always pressing esc to see the uav
So I must of typed a command that got rid of it somehow I tried to find one but failed.
So any help so the command thats causing this would be great I can attach my config if you want.

nup tried all the compass commands all the uav commands and all the radar commands and I come up with nothing I dont want a new config because it's taking me ages to make it perfect

draw2d is a cheat protected dvar so it wouldn't affect anything in public.

From what I understand, he can see the compass, but when a uav is called in there is no `sweeping radar line`, and therefore no red dots show as enemies on the compass.

Sorry guys I think I confused you all

There is no radar or Compass at all times.
I play hardcore so thats why.
The Compass/Uav is surpose to come up only when a UAV is called in but mine doesn't
Nothing Comes up NOTHING.
You sure you guys don't wanna see my config it would be easier to figure out then.

This happens plenty in M Dubya 2. You probably went into a server with a bad mod that screwed up your config. The simple solution; copy your mp_config file to somewhere completely different (Back it up in other words) and delete the original file. After that it should automatically make a new one with default settings. Check if it works after that

If it doesn't work afterwards, you may have a totally different issue.

It would be helpful if you go in a softcore server to see if its your uav thats broken, or if the radar is completely missing..

went in many softcore server and theres NO radar at all even when you call in a uav still nothing so its something to do with my radar not the uav.
I dont want a new config I love te one I have right now just this little problem though

Had a quick search through most of the dvars containing compass, radar or uav, and all of them were cheat protected (including compasssize), really have no idea how it can be fixed.

I'm guessing it would've been caused by a mod changing a setting somewhere, so if there was a mod you went on (where there isn't any radar) just before this problem happened, it would be useful to provide us the details of this mod and I may be able to find out what dvar is being changed.

Edit: Also, if you want to attach your config to a post then I don't mind downloading it and having a quick look through it for the error.

I tried ui_hud_hardcore 1 and got nothing

When I try and upload my cfg is says The extension cfg is not allowed I tired to change the extension not have one but no matter what it wont let me upload it

Oh and I'm not changing my config even if I have to live with this problem forever

use the standard cfg and copy/paste the most important things from your cfg into it.
