@ the end at the Video it seems there will be Demos for Console too. Hmm..so the confirmed Demo/Record function doesnt mean immediately there will be a devconsole :S

They will still release a beta/demo. I just want to know how the gameplay feels. And I do have the admit, the RC car is pretty awesome, but it doesn't belong in MP, neither does the crossbow...
