mw2 tactical intersection help to mod

I was thinking how could i enable tactical intersection in mw2 mod.
i'm using alter iw net and making mods there, i also do cod 4 mods/maps.
when i try enable the tactical i can see it in my hand but i cant use it, so i was thinking what should i do to get it working?
