Problem setting up CODWAW dedicated jump server

I try to setup a dedicated jump mod server for codwaw, it runs fine, but server only allow 1 player join in, others will be kicked by server. Is it the way that it should be?
I recently setup a dedicated jump mod server for cod4 and it has no such problem and it works great for me.
So please if someone can help me?

Happens to me too. I think its a problem with the latest Version of the Mod
